The lead lawyer

The person who listens to you is the one who handles your case.

Sharjeel Tariq is the principal of the firm and your point of reference for your case. Depending on the matter, we work with associate lawyers so that your case is always in the hands of someone who knows that area.

He is a member of the Bar Association of Barcelona (Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Barcelona, ICAB), with membership number 47201. At the firm we specialise in the Second Chance Law (Ley de Segunda Oportunidad) for individuals (personas físicas) and in employment law, with extensive experience in dismissals and in false self-employment (falsos autónomos) cases against platforms such as Glovo or Uber, as well as immigration (extranjería): regularisations, residence permits and Spanish nationality. We also handle criminal and civil law matters and other areas of law.

We believe in an accessible, clear service. We listen to you first and then explain your options honestly, even when a case is not worth pursuing. Before we start we give you a fixed written quote, with no surprises, and as your file moves forward we keep you informed at every step.
