Regularising an irregular stay
Someone had been living in Spain for years without a stable administrative status and feared having to leave. We looked carefully at their personal circumstances, gathered the documents that proved their arraigo (the established roots that allow residence to be granted) and prepared the application that best fitted their case. We stood by them throughout the whole process and represented them before the authorities.
The application went through: they obtained a residence permit and were able to stay in Spain with their family, now with a regular status.
